I think they send the person who referred me a gift certificate from a local restaurant or something.

When they showed me the estimate for the new vinyl windows, and then projected how much I would be saving on my heating and cooling bills by installing them, I could not pass it up. The salesman who did the estimate told me that he remembered my mother and asked if she was satisfied with her new basement windows. I informed him that she was very satisfied, and that was the reason why I was having them do the work for me.
