I am a huge shopper. Shopping makes me feel good, and I got addicted to it easily, especially now that I recently had my first job. Now, my mom keeps on ranting that my room looks like a big retail center. She even suggested that I sell or give out some of them, to give my room more space for my work stuffs. Although I can hand down some of my clothes to my younger sisters, I really find it hard to let go of some of my personal things because I might use them again in the future.

My friend then suggested that I won’t need to give some of things up if I would learn to organize. She then gave me this site which offers closet organizers and ideas for closet space solutions. I was hesitant at first because I thought that it would cost me a lot. However, I found out that I was wrong.

My clothes are now shelved properly. They are even organized by color, so it is easier for me to look for the certain dress or top I am planning to wear. Also, the company recommended some custom closet ideas, because I am planning to renovate my room to make way for a bigger closet I think I will need in the future. By that time, I am sure to hire the same company again.

I am now financially-able because of what I do. I sell houses, apartments, condo units and other like properties. I can always make a sale of not less than 1 major client in a month because I know of trade secrets other real estate agents don’t know. I have a partner in business. In every home that I sell, this kitchen remodeling contractor is always by my side.

So, what are these trade secrets that makes me successful? Think about selling a home and not a house. The person should want to live there, should be comfortable in there and must be able to relax and unwind at that particular place. Home is a place of peace and a sanctuary.

More to that, there are 3 rooms in a home that buyers always take that first look and then decide, to buy or not to buy: master’s bedroom, toilet and bath room and the kitchen. Later that afternoon, my friend called me up for coffee and quickly asked him for a reputable company since he knew better than I do. He mentioned the name he heard from a friend during a convention on remodeling service Raleigh last August. The designs that I wanted was pushed through and they helped me out with a careful master-planning and affordable solutions. My goal is to simplify and improve my bathroom space with the right accessories.

The service they gave me was outstanding and I am so grateful to finally found this company. It was truly a wonderful experience!

My cousin’s kitchen has a 50’s look and I have told her countless times, it needs a little touch-up. She asked me to help her find companies that can help her transform her kitchen into a modern-look. I tweeted my architect friend and asked for his help. Unfortunately, he declined when he found out our budget was below his means. Then somebody tweeted me and asked me to see this site that involves home improvement.

I went to search the site he given me and found that it was indeed and experienced company that’s been running for 36 years. I told them that I was looking for a crew who does  flooring Raleigh area  and that we needed for our kitchen ceramic flooring to be repaired. They asked for our style and the project was started three days after we had free consultation.

What I liked about them is that they’re not that expensive. They even offered us their paint store Raleigh locality to choose what type of paint and what color we want - which is part of their service. The result was astonishing! Using cool stainless steel which was blended with warm juniper wood made the kitchen very comfortable and clean - it was like a picture out of a home magazine feature. A once 50’s kitchen has now been remodeled into a beautiful, modern room with buffet and bar that works for everyday use completed with black and white ceramic flooring. It was highly appreciated specially by the kids. Now the entire family can gather in the room and bond while eating deliciously enjoying the perfect ambiance.

The purell instant hand sanitizer that used to come in the big gallon jugs just got bigger. In fact, it seems like it has even doubled in size. The cost has not gone up double, so it is a much better deal to buy the biggest purell instant hand sanitizer refills they have, if you will defiantly use it all.

The other thing that I noticed seems to be a good deal, are the automatic faucets. Many years ago when they were first introduced, I knew that our company could not afford them. Now, I just placed an order for four of them and each of the restrooms, men’s and women’s will have them installed before the end of the month. I love making good green changes to our office and this is defiantly one.

The only thing that I asked my husband for, for Christmas was new iron entry doors and iron gates that they have at the local home improvement store. I have written down the make and model so that he does not get confused but I am still a little worried about him picking the wrong ones.

I am thinking that if I go to the store today and take some pictures that it may help him out a little bit more. I wish that I knew when he was going to go to the store and then I would call and ask for the manager and make sure that he helped him in purchasing the iron entry doors and iron gates that I want. I think that there are four other models on the floor but I do not like any of them.

Two of the other iron entry doors and iron gates at the store, are brown and one of them is the same exact kind that my neighbor has. I would never pick out something that someone in my neighborhood already has. That would be very tacky.

Not to mention, the set of iron entry doors and gates that the neighbors have is very ugly and I would rather have no doors or gates, than have those installed on my house.

The exterior painting company that my neighbors hired has really taken their time in prepping the house before they paint it. They have made sure to cover every window with plastic and also all of the landscaping. My neighbor told me that they would be here sometime this week, and I had been expecting them. They were much quieter than what I thought they would be but almost too quiet, I forgot several times during the day that they were even there.

They finished the entire house painting in less than eight hours. I guess when you bring that many workers and you prep the house so that you can just continuously paint then it helps you do your job more efficiently.

When my neighbors returned home that evening, I bet that they were surprised to see that the house painting was complete. The house looked completely different and I am sure that they were probably very proud of the house now that it looked completely different in a good way. It had needed a house painting for about two years now and I knew that they did not have the money until recently when one of them got a big promotion at their job.

I asked my mother if she thought I should get new efficient vinyl windows installed in my house, and she said that if it would help with my energy costs then I should consider it. She had put new basement windows in last year, and could not believe how much lower her heating bills were. She had not realized how much cold air was seeping into the house until she had the new basement windows put it and felt the difference.

I called the same company that she had used and scheduled a time to meet them at my house to do an estimate. I let them know that I was very interested in having efficient vinyl windows put in my house and told them also who had referred me to them. I think they send the person who referred me a gift certificate from a local restaurant or something.

When they showed me the estimate for the new vinyl windows, and then projected how much I would be saving on my heating and cooling bills by installing them, I could not pass it up. The salesman who did the estimate told me that he remembered my mother and asked if she was satisfied with her new basement windows. I informed him that she was very satisfied, and that was the reason why I was having them do the work for me.

I was happy to see the Colorado remodeling contractors at my house bright and early on Monday morning. I was hoping that they would start the job today and get it done by the first snowfall. Fall was definitely coming to an end and I wanted to have the addition done before it got too cold. I knew that the Colorado remodeling company had told me that they would not have any heat in the new room for about two weeks after it was started. That would put it at about November 15.

When the remodeling crew was almost done I was supposed to call the Andersen Windows Colorado company to install the same windows that were in the entire house into the new addition. The remodeling contractors that I hired did not offer Andersen Windows, so I called the company that I knew did offer them. I had hired them about a year ago, and they completely replaced every window in my house. I could not have anything but Andersen Windows in the new room or it would look strange.

I am excited to have some extra space in my house. This new addition is going to be a huge family room and entertaining is going to be a lot easier once it is done.

A friend of mine is also the owner of a MN restoration service company. I have had them do tons of work for me and recommend them to anyone who is thinking of doing work on their house. I had them replace my roof about four years ago and they had the lowest estimate of the five companies that I called. His MN restoration service company has also received a few awards from the state for giving back to the communities that they work in.

I am not sure if there are other Minnesota remodeling contractors that give back that much to their communities or not but I would love to find out. If there is any contractors that can beat their record of dollars contributed back, I would be shocked.

About twenty years ago, I remember hearing about a Minnesota remodeling contractor who did allow his crew to take a day off with pay to help with the construction of the new library in the next town, but they were still working so I guess that he was not that generous. I do not think that even comes close to my friends contributions to this community.
