I have noticed that deck cleaning is becoming more and more popular these days. I used to think that if your deck would start to turn grey, then you just had to live with it. I know that my brother had a stain on his deck that started fading, and he figured that the best thing to do for it, was to apply more stain over the old stain, he was wrong.

The professional deck staining company that is in our town came out and gave my brother an estimate on fixing the stain on stain problem that he had created and he found out that it will cost him more since it is going to take them more time to get two layers of stain off of the deck. They told him that he had over applied the second layer and that was why it was all peeling off.

The deck cleaning of my brothers deck took twice as long as it should have but the deck staining went very quickly, in fact my brother was amazed how fast the deck stain went on and how quickly it dried too. After my brother learned his lesson, he has tried to inform everyone he knows, that they should not do their deck cleaning on their own. He hands out the deck staining company’s card all the time.

My neighbor is having a garage sale and I know that she is going to be selling a lot of Gucci handbags and shoes. I also know that she and I wear the same size shoes, so I am definitely planning on attending the sale. I figure if I can get them for a good price, it is like an investment.

I was thinking of asking her if I could come over the night before the sale and check out everything she is planning on selling. If she says yes, then I will get first pick on the Gucci handbags and all of the shoes. I think that I have even seen her wear Hogan shoes before. I would love a pair of Hogan shoes too, but I am not sure if she will have any of them in the sale or not.

I went ahead and called three of my friends to tell them about the sale, because they all like to find good bargains too. I think that every single one of them told me that they were coming, and would even be here a little early. When I mentioned the Gucci handbags and the possibility of Hogan shoes being for sale, they could not pass it up.

While on vacation in Chicago, I noticed a Chicago replacement windows company performing work at a nearby home. I could see that they were putting in new replacement windows. The house was an older Victorian Home that looked like it could be a bed and breakfast.

I walked over and asked if they were the owners and to my surprise, they were. They wanted to come and see how the replacement windows looked.

I let them know that I watched the Chicago replacement windows company install them and they were very professional. The couple told me that they fell in love with the house from the very minute that they saw it. They just knew that they had to buy it and turn it in to a bed and breakfast to share the lovely home with travelers. I was laughing when I heard them say that because that is what I thought the home should be.
