Our business’ server has been acting up for the last couple of days. The network can’t support the other computers and so as the other functions. I told my boss that it’s time for us to buy a new server or refurbished IBM servers. He told me that we do that as long as it won’t slash a big budget on our company. So, I looked for online stores that cater to both public and private companies. To be honest, I had a hard time looking one but fortunately I ended up with a good one. I was astonished by the array in their inventory of servers. They sell IBM Disk Arrays, IBM Tape Drives & Tape Libraries which is good enough for us! I told myself, “My boss will be delighted with this!”

I let him browse more components and we concluded with a used IBM xSeries Systems. We immediately tested the server after it was delivered. I was blown away with its capacity and potential for our Network Support. I’m very glad the boss picked this. Now, the business is ultra fast and we can be assured that everything will be in order.

I accompanied my friend Diane to a jewelry store to sell diamond ring. It was the first favor that she asked of me since she got married and I plan to help her in any way that I can. I heard her story and she said that it is a very difficult choice, but it has to be done. I have experience in how to sell diamond jewelry in the past and I told her how it’s done.

I know that it’s hard for first timers to find a good place to sell their jewelry and I took her to the jewelry store that I trust. She got a good appraisal for her diamond ring and I know that the money will be put to good use. She’s very serious in helping her family with their financial problem and I’m very proud of her. I know that everyone gets a fair share of problems in life and those problems, once solved will be an important lesson that a person can use throughout their lifetime. I pray that she will be able to accomplish the things that she needs to do and hope that she will find happiness when all of her problems are over.

The carpet installers that my dad hired arrived a few days ago and worked on the installation of carpets in the house. My parents had been planning this for a long time now and they even asked our opinion about the matter. I told them that I don’t mind, as long as the result will look good and they decided to go ahead with their plan.

They picked the carpet at the Clearwater flooring store, just a few minutes drive away from our house and asked them to handle the installation as well. It was like killing two birds with one stone and the installers did their homework well. Everything was perfect and the finished work was satisfactory, to say the least. Carpets can really bring out the best out of your floorings and you know you can never go wrong with them. I told myself that I will also have carpeted floors, if I have a house of my own and I’ll make sure that it will look even better than what we have now at our home.
